Patricia Ann “Pat” Early Yocum, 85, of Lewistown, OH, passed away on Saturday morning, April 25, 2026, at Mary Rutan Hospital, Bellefontaine, OH.
Patricia was born in Waynesfield, OH, on September 13, 1940, a daughter of the late John E. Early, Sr., and Helen M (Slagle) Early. She was preceded in death by two brothers, James M. Early and Donald R. Early, a sister, Linda Early Timms, and stepmothers, Edith B. Early and Mary L. Early.
Pat is survived by her two sons, Bruce A. Yocum and Brian K. Yocum, grandson, Zachary A. Eastman, two great grandchildren, Corbin A. K. Eastman, and Cali G. Eastman, her very special brother, “The Baby”, John E. (Carol) Early, several nieces and nephews including a special great niece, Leslie Timms Fout, and don’t forget her fur babies, Lola and Lili.
Pat was a 1958 graduate of Stokes Local School in Lakeview, OH. She retired from AP Technoglass (AGC Automotive) after 20 years. She also worked at the snack bar at The Skating Rink, and then went to The Homestead Assisted Living, where she cooked for five years. She would have probably still been there if her hip had not gone out.
Per Pat’s wishes, she was cremated, and her family will have a celebration of her life at a later date.
