Grand Jury hands down June indictments

The Logan County Grand Jury met earlier this week and issued a series of indictments involving serious charges.

The Logan County Sheriff’s Office and area police departments were involved in the investigations, many defendants face multiple charges, and some are repeat offenders.

  • Possession of Cocaine, a felony of the fifth degree
  • Possession of Cocaine, a felony of the third degree
  • Specification for Forfeiture of an Automobile in a Drug Case
  • Tampering with Evidence, a felony of the third degree
  • Illegal Use or Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree

Lindsay A. Nickles

  • Failure to comply with an Order or Signal of a Police Officer, a felony of the third degree

Stephanie L. Burk

  • 2 counts- Trafficking in Cocaine, a felony of the fifth degree
  • Possession of Cocaine, a felony of the fifth degree
  • Tampering with Evidence, a felony of the third degree
  • Illegal Manufacture of Drugs, a felony of the second degree

Jordan K. Walker

  • 4 counts- Unlawful Sexual Conduct With A Minor, a felony of the third degree
