Bellefontaine High School Crowns New Homecoming Queen

Bellefontaine High School celebrated its annual Homecoming festivities on Friday evening, crowning Ava Reeves as the new Homecoming Queen.

In a resounding Homecoming win, the Bellefontaine Chieftains defeated the winless Tecumseh Arrows with a final score of 56-8. Quarterback Tavien St. Clair had an outstanding performance, completing 18 of 22 passes for 256 yards and throwing five touchdown passes, while also rushing for another touchdown. Wide receiver Kaiden Folk shone with two touchdown catches, contributing significantly to the offensive onslaught. Carter Caudill added to the Chieftains’ success with 131 rushing yards and a touchdown, along with a fumble recovery on defense, showcasing his versatility on the field.

The king will be crowned on Saturday night at the dance, which starts at 8 p.m. The king candidates are Hunter Kerns, Braylon Newcomb, and Tavien St. Clair.
