The fairytale world is coming to life as Shrek the Musical takes the stage at Benjamin Logan High School, bringing comedy, music, and a message about being yourself.
The production follows Shrek, Donkey, Princess Fiona, and a colorful cast of fairytale characters in a swamp-to-stage story filled with humor, heart, and well-known musical numbers.
Showtimes are set for Friday, April 17th at 7:00 p.m., and Saturday, April 18th at 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Ahead of opening night, Benjamin Logan students went live on 98.3 WPKO Friday morning to share a preview of the show and talk about what audiences can expect.
The cast includes Paxton Henry as Shrek, Audrey Warren as Fiona, Levi Franjesevic as Donkey, and Ethan Van Winkle as Lord Farquaad.
Other roles include Bre Allen as Dragon, Greyson Wagoner as Gingy/Sugar Plum, Nalah Payne as Pinocchio, Natalie Chapman as Humpty Dumpty, Emily LeVan as the Fairy Godmother, MaKenzie Smith as Queen Lillian, and Wyatt LeVan as King Harold and choreographer.
Hannah Larsen will play Mama Bear, with Leina Brunson also serving as choreographer.
Organizers say the show is packed with energy, talent, and plenty of family-friendly fun as students prepare to shine on stage.
