Benjamin Logan High School recently welcomed its newest National Honor Society (NHS) members during a special induction ceremony held in front of the entire student body.
The National Honor Society recognizes students who demonstrate excellence in four areas: scholarship, service, leadership, and character.
The schoolwide ceremony gave students and staff a chance to celebrate the new members and their accomplishments.
Principal Annette Ramga-Alatorre and Assistant Principal Jeff Fay thanked students and staff for helping make the annual tradition special.
Two staff members were also recognized as honorary NHS inductees: school counselor Nicole Fuller and business teacher Cadan Goldstein.
The school also thanked NHS advisor Jodie Kavanagh for organizing and leading the ceremony.
