Classic Car enthusiasts from all over the area will converge on Lions Park for the official kickoff of the Labor Day Festival, which happens on Friday afternoon at Lions Park in West Liberty.
Registration opens at 3:30 PM.
There will be a DJ from 4:00 to 8:00 PM; the 50/50 drawing will be at 7:30 PM, and door prizes will be given away throughout the evening.
Also, Bill Purk & Friends will perform from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, and the Nifty Nineties Parade, celebrating 90+-year-old residents, will begin at 5:30 PM.
The evening ends with a High School Late Night Party and Bonfire, sponsored by the Quest Church Youth Group, at 9:30 PM
