The artist renderings of the Hoffman Pool project were revealed to the public on Thursday night, and several community members offered their input on shade and splash features that will be incorporated into the new facility.
According to Bellefontaine Parks Superintendent Rick Reed, the pool’s footprint is essentially complete. All that remains is to select a few special features, and asking the community for their input seemed like a logical step:

Superintendent Reed added that he was notified that the start of construction on the pool project has been delayed by a few weeks, so the pool’s final day of operation is scheduled for August 16.
