The Suicide Prevention Coalition held a “Don’t Give Up” sign rally Friday in downtown Bellefontaine, marking Suicide Prevention Month with a powerful message of hope and support.
A diverse group of participants, including survivors, members of the behavioral health community, local faith leaders, students from Ohio Hi-Point Career Center, and representatives from the Recovery Zone of Logan County, came together to raise awareness and share encouragement with those passing by.
Participants displayed heartfelt signs with messages like “You Matter!” and “Don’t Give Up!” to remind individuals that support is always available. The rally aimed to foster a sense of community and understanding around mental health issues.
