Preparations for their Christmas Open House are underway at the Logan County History Center.
Volunteers have been busy setting up Christmas trees in the Museum hallways and the Orr Mansion.
The museum hallways and the first floor of the Orr Mansion will feature uniquely decorated trees and rooms by school children, various groups, and organizations.
The second floor and ballroom of the Orr Mansion will be decorated by the History Center Christmas Committee.
Christmas at the History Center will be the first two weekends of December, the 2nd & 3rd, and the 9th & 10th from 1- 5 p.m.
The center will host evening hours on Friday, December 8th from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
The trees and rooms take on a special glow after dark.
Live music will be featured each day of the Open House.
Music will include piano students of Leanna George, Paula Deardurff & Shirley McPherson, The Bellefontaine High School Jazz Band, Friendly Senior Center Choir, The Mad River Dulcimers, and piano music by Carol Burton & Alicia Wilkins.
