Spatz’s father admitted that he suffered no physical injuries.

The law enforcement officer who responded to a 911 call from Spatz’s mother also testified that Spatz’s father suffered no physical injuries.

The State was represented by Logan County Assistant Prosecutor Stacia Rapp.
