The Logan County Sheriff’s Office proudly welcomed its newest member on Thursday afternoon.
Sheriff Randy Dodds officially swore in Justin Taylor, a 25-year-old resident of Indian Lake, as the latest deputy for the department.
Taylor, a recent graduate of the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy, brings a wealth of experience to his new role.
The sheriff’s office covered the cost of the academy, Sheriff Dodds explains:
A graduate of Franklin Heights High School in Columbus, Taylor previously served as a firefighter with the Bellefontaine Fire Department.
Taylor shares his excitement and talks about why he chose this career:
Sheriff Dodds expressed enthusiasm about Taylor joining the team, highlighting his dedication and background in public service as valuable assets to the Logan County Sheriff’s Office.
