The Logan County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of a skid steer valued at approximately $105,000 from a construction site near the intersection of U.S. Route 33 and State Route 274.
Deputies were dispatched to the roundabout construction site on Monday after receiving a report that a Kubota skid steer was missing.
The 2025 Kubota SVL97-2 skid steer was last seen on October 23.
Investigators found evidence that the equipment had been loaded onto a trailer and taken in an unknown direction.
Additional investigation showed the skid steer was present at the job site on October 25 before it went missing.
