Ohio Department of Agriculture Applies Aerial Treatment

The Ohio Department of Agriculture has begun applying an aerial treatment to control an invasive insect, Spongy Moth, found in our area.

The treatment is non-toxic and harmless to humans, animals, fish, honeybees, and plants.

The mating disruption treatments are applied by low-flying aircraft and will begin later this week, June 13th through 18th.
