BELLEFONTAINE, Ohio – Ohio Hi-Point Career Center is excited to announce its upcoming Career Discovery Camp, a unique, hands-on learning experience designed for incoming 7th and 8th graders in the OHP district. This free three-day summer camp will be held from Monday, June 24 through Wednesday, June 26, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Ohio Hi-Point Career Center.
The Career Discovery Camp will provide participants with an immersive learning experience, featuring hands-on activities in state-of-the-art career labs under the guidance of expert career instructors.
Camp Highlights:
- Interactive Learning: Students will participate in designed career lessons, engaging in projects that utilize industry-standard equipment and software.
- Diverse Career Pathways: Each day, campers will explore two different career pathways, spending approximately an hour and a half in each career lab.
- Networking and Fun: Attendees will have the opportunity to meet new friends from surrounding schools, enjoy free snacks, receive a camp t-shirt, and more.
