Two people were injured in a rollover crash Thursday afternoon in Logan County.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol says the crash happened around 4:20 p.m. on County Road 1, south of County Road 5.
A 2009 Dodge pickup truck driven by 68-year-old James Samples, of Bellefontaine, was traveling north when it went off the east side of the road.
Samples overcorrected, causing the truck to leave the west side of the roadway and hit the ditch.
The pickup rolled over multiple times before coming to rest on its side in a bean field.
Samples was flown by CareFlight to The Ohio State University Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
His passenger, 54-year-old Norro Perdue, of Bellefontaine, was taken by ground ambulance to Mary Rutan Hospital, also with non-life-threatening injuries.
The West Liberty Fire Department, Macochee Joint Ambulance District, CareFlight and Dad’s Towing assisted at the scene.
The Patrol says alcohol is suspected to be a factor.
The crash remains under investigation.
