Brian Hogan, superintendent of Ridgemont Local Schools reports that the Ridgemont Board of Education met in regular session Wednesday evening
They are in the race to the finish of the 2023-2024 school year. Students are being tested this month and the district thanks parents for their support making this month a positive experience for the students. FFA will be shining at their State Convention, please see their accomplishments in the agenda under A., #3 Hearing of the Public/Visitors/Commendations. Athletic Director, Mike James is working hard to get all of the Baseball and Softball games in as well as all of the Track Meets.
Hogan invites you to drive by the Stadium in Ridgeway and see the new Concession Stand being constructed. “Thank you to all of the volunteers who have worked hard to make this possible. Thank you also to all of those who have kindly donated to this project. We are very proud of this addition to the Ridgeway Stadium and Fields,” Hogan said.
They are looking forward to the week of May 6th -10th, which is Staff Appreciation Week. This is a week where they celebrate those who make a difference every day in student’s lives at Ridgemont. For the rest of May, they will be celebrating the graduates in the Class of 2024!
