Bellefontaine Police responded to a two-vehicle crash Sunday afternoon at the intersection of East Sandusky Avenue and Lakewood Drive.
The crash happened shortly after 2 p.m.
According to the police report, a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Calen Sechrest was traveling east on Sandusky Avenue and approaching Lakewood Drive.
A 2025 Hyundai Elantra driven by Chase Tipton was traveling behind the pickup.
As Sechrest swung wide and attempted to turn right onto Lakewood Drive, the Elantra struck the passenger side of the Silverado.
Tipton was cited for assured clear distance ahead.
The Hyundai was towed from the scene.
