The Logan County Health District offers various services to the residents of Logan County.

They are welcoming walk-in flu and COVID-19 vaccines for ages 6 months and up on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 AM to noon and 1-3:30 PM.

To receive a vaccine, it is recommended to bring a photo ID or birth certificate and an insurance card.

Staff can vaccinate you within your vehicle if you are unable to get out.

You must call ahead for this service.

Vaccinations may also be done in your home, upon request.

There is no charge for those residents who do not have insurance.

Free COVID-19 tests are available at their walk-up window and inside the office.

You can also request tests online and they will have it set aside for you.

In October, Logan County had 22 cases of COVID-19 a week with 1 hospitalization and no deaths.

Compared to state statistics, three weeks ago, there were 8,000 cases, 292 hospitalizations, and 28 deaths from COVID-19 in Ohio.

Last year 95% of Logan County’s COVID-19 hospitalizations were not vaccinated.

HIV testing is available when you call and request an appointment.

For the Holiday, they will be closed on December 25th and 26th, as well as on January 1st and 2nd.

The health department is open to the public Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The location of the Health District is 310 South Main Street, Bellefontaine.
