Thursday Washington Township Police were on patrol and saw Ashly Carter, 39 of Russells Point walking down the roadway.
They knew Carter had an active warrant for her arrest.
When they told her of the warrant, she became uncooperative with officers and resisted arrest.
Carter was eventually placed under arrest.
During a search, officers found methamphetamine and a pipe on Carter.
She was transported to the Logan County Jail and lodged on the warrant.
Charges of possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting arrest were forwarded to the Logan County Prosecutors Office.

Friday Washington Township officers were on patrol near Family Dollar and saw a vehicle occupied by Nathaniel Clem and Andrea Reid, 41 of Bellefontaine.
Due to suspicious behavior, the vehicle was stopped.
Both Clem and Reid appeared nervous when speaking to officers.
K9 Tega was called to the scene and alerted on the vehicle.
A probable cause search was conducted and hypodermic needles were found inside and Reid claimed that the items were hers.
She was taken into custody and transported to the Logan County Jail.
Clem was released from the scene.
Once at the jail, corrections officers located fentanyl on Reid.
She was charged with possession of drugs, tampering with evidence, illegal conveyance, and possession of drug abuse instruments.
The Logan County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene.
