Wednesday’s Accident at State Route 33 and County Road 57

Logan County Sheriff deputies responded to a crash on Wednesday evening at the intersection of County Road 57 and State Route 33.

Kasaundra Collins, of Kenton, was traveling East on County Road 57, crossing State Route 33 when she struck Chris Pauff, of Lima, who then traveled off the side of the road striking a fence.

The roadway was closed for approximately 45 minutes.

Pauff’s passenger, Kelly Pauff, was transported by Huntsville EMS to Mary Rutan Hospital with minor injuries.

Collins was charged with the failure to yield.

This is the 11th accident at this intersection in 24 months.
