The 2024 Old Farmer’s Almanac recently released its winter predictions…and it’s not pretty.
The Almanac predicts snow, cold temperatures, and all of winter’s delights.
Snowfall is expected to be above normal across most of our area.
Get that snowblower ready early. Snow may arrive at the beginning of November with storms, showers, and flurries continuing through the start of spring.
Along with above-normal snow, we will have normal to colder-than-normal temperatures.
Expect just the right amount of chill in the air for an afternoon of adventurous skiing or enjoying a big mug of hot cocoa by a crackling fire.
All of this is just the predictions of the 2024 Old Farmer’s Almanac.
