A 20-year-old woman is in serious but stable condition after falling from a ladder at a home in West Liberty Tuesday afternoon.
According to authorities, Mac-O-Chee EMS and West Liberty Fire responded to the scene.
The woman was flown to Miami Valley Hospital for further treatment.
