Benjamin Logan Rocks Springfield Shawnee; Other Tuesday Night Softball Games

The Benjamin Logan Softball team was victorious Tuesday night in a close league matchup against Springfield Shawnee.

The two teams resumed a previously suspended game, and the Lady Raiders won 7-5.

The team was led by Keeli Rostorfer and Brooks Myers who both went 2-4 with two RBI’s each.

Tanna Jacobs had three hits, and Bailee Stover doubled and drove in a run.

Libby Siefring added a single and an RBI, and Skylar Miracle, Courtney Bowers, and Kyndal Cronkleton each had a hit.

Chloe Crumm and Adilynne Gregg combined for the win on the mound striking out a combined 7 batters.

The Lady Raiders will host North Union on Wednesday at 5:15.

 

The Lady Tiger softball beat Greenview 4-0 in 7 innings.

Kennedy Wallace and Kaylee Blair each collected two hits.

Wallace had the win on the mound giving up six hits, zero runs, striking out 4, and walking zero.

The Tigers play on Wednesday against Fairbanks at home.

Riverside hosted Covington in TRC play Tuesday night and fell 8-5.

Riley Dillon took the loss on the mound striking out 4.

Offensively, Riley Dillon was 2-2, Taylor Dillon had 2 RBIs, and Aubree Huston had 2 hits.

 

Graham won against Urbana 12-2.
