Bob Schul Invitational: Bellefontaine’s Grace Brown takes 1st Place & Other Results

The Chieftain cross country team placed 10th out of 26 competing teams at the Bob Schul Invitational in West Milton on Saturday.

For the girls, Grace Brown led the way winning her first high school race in a field of 229 runners with a time of 19:24.

The Lakers compete on Tuesday at the Logan County Meet.

The West Liberty-Salem girls cross country team kicked off the season with a third-place finish at the Bob Schul Invitational in West Milton on Saturday.

Malia Miller and Ashley Yoder led the Big Orange with top-ten finishes.

Miller placed 5th (19:57.9) and Yoder 6th (20:02.6). Addie McAuley and Breece Gullet chipped in the top twenty finishes with McAuley placing 12th (20:23) and Gullet placing 17th (20:46.7).
