Calvary Takes on Temple Christian and Spring Valley


The Calvary Christian varsity volleyball won Tuesday evening against Temple Christian in 3 sets: 25-18, 25-11 & 25-10.

Madelyn Trittschuh led in kills with her personal record of 17. Trittschuh also had a double “100” night getting her 100th dig and 100th kill.

Stacia Rogan had the best serve receive, leading in digs with 15 and in aces with 11.

Ruby Slemmons led in assists with 14.

The varsity Spartans are now 10-2 for the season.

They are set to play East Dayton Christian on Thursday at 6:30 p.m.


Spartans JV played Spring Valley Academy but lost in 2 sets: 9-25 & 20-25.

Emily Church had 2 kills and Mya Davis had 3 aces.

The JV team is currently 1-8 on the season and is set to play a tri-match this Saturday at North Baltimore.
