The varsity Spartans defeated the Mars Hill Highlanders Saturday in the second round of OVCC tournaments by a score of 64-32.
The team was led by Philip Davie who scored 20 points, grabbed 7 rebounds, and added 3 assists.
Wyatt Schlatter and Christian Rogan both dropped in 12 points.
Schlatter also had 9 rebounds and 6 steals.
Rogan had 1 rebound, 3 steals, and 1 assist.
Luke Gaertner added 8 points,4 rebounds, and 1 steal.
Evan Patton had 4 points, 3 rebounds, and 4 assists.
The win brings their overall record to 15-5.
The Benjamin Logan Raiders defeated Northwestern Saturday 39-36.
The team was led by Camden Spriggs with 11 points.
Cayden Brown added 10 points and EJ Martin added 9.
The JV Raiders lost 27-19.
Davin Meyers and Diesel Baughman each scored 5 points for the team.
Urbana defeated Triad 63-30.
London dominated Bellefontaine 71-51.
