The Bellefontaine Lady Chieftain bowling team finished 8th at the Division I State Tournament Friday in Columbus.
The Chiefs qualified for the Championship Round and fell in their first matchup with Centerville in four games. BHS won game 1 174-168 and then fell in the next three 181-154, 170-162, and 176-174.
Individually, senior Aubrey Hudson placed 12th rolling a 614 series. Kayla Watkins was 25th with a 566.
