Lady Chiefs Roll Way to District Tournament

The Bellefontaine girl’s bowling team competed at the sectional tournament on Thursday night.

The Bellefontaine girls finished 10th out of 25 teams to move on to the district tournament.

Gracie Hood led the scoring for Bellefontaine with games of 211, 220, and 188 for a 619 series.

Nevaeh LaFollette had games of 189, 198, and 147 for a 534 series.

Chloe Heminger 192, 156, and 154 for a 502 series.

Haylee Yelton added a 197 game and Haylee Rutherford rolled a 158 game.

The Chiefs shot 864, 849, and 833 for the regular games but struggled in the baker, they missed 12 single pins in the baker but  managed to hang on and end up tenth.

They will now compete at the district tournament in Beavercreek.
