The Indian Lake boys golf team split a pair of CBC matches to begin the week, while Bellefontaine and Riverside also picked up results on the links.
Indian Lake 169, Waynesfield 177 (Monday)
Indian Lake defeated Waynesfield 169-177 Monday night to improve to 6-7 on the season.
Mason Berg earned match medalist honors with a 39, marking another strong performance for the Lakers. Jaxon Snipes and Reid Roberts each carded a 43, while Crew McPherson completed the official team scoring with a 44.
Grant Wickline added a 45 and Jesse Carder finished with a 48.
Indian Lake was scheduled to face North Union Tuesday at Prairie View.
North Union 160, Indian Lake 174 (Tuesday)
The Lakers fell to North Union 160-174 Tuesday at Prairie View, dropping to 4-4 in CBC play and 6-9 overall.
Berg continued his strong stretch with a 39, marking his third consecutive round under 40. Snipes followed with a 43, while Carder shot a 45.
Wickline completed the official scoring with a 47. McPherson added a 49 and Roberts finished with a 50.
Indian Lake will return to action Wednesday against Graham in another CBC matchup at Prairie View.
Jonathan Alder 151, Bellefontaine 163
Bellefontaine hosted Jonathan Alder at Liberty Hills Golf Course and finished with a team score of 163, falling to Jonathan Alder’s 151.
The 163 was the Chieftains’ second-best team score of the season.
Ean Fultz led Bellefontaine with a 37, followed by Hudson Banta with a 41. Sammy Strayer carded a 42, while Tyler Rossey finished with a 43.
Noah Smith added a 44 and Keaton Dinovo shot a 48.
For the JV, Colson Garver shot a 48, Beckett Kessler had a 57 and Christian Sterling finished with a 71.
