Logan County Little League is off to Iowa for the Central Region Tournament

The Logan County Intermediate Little League team ran past Canfield Little League 14-0 on Sunday to advance to the Central Region Tournament in Ankeny, Iowa.

Jaxon Snipes threw a no-hitter in the win striking out 10 and walking zero.

Logan County Intermediate LL fired up the offense in the first inning as Snipes drove in a run with a triple.

The offense exploded in the fifth inning as the team added five more runs. Logan County’s big bats were led by Tucker Searles, Grant Wickline, and Nixon Lillard, all driving in runs in the inning.

Overall, Logan County tallied nine hits. Snipes and Searles each collected three hits for Logan County.

Logan County will play South Dakota in the Central Region Tournament in Ankeny, Iowa this Sunday, July 17th at 6:00 p.m.
