West Liberty-Salem Middle School Football Team Finishes Season with a Bang

The West Liberty-Salem Middle School Football Team concluded their season on a high note, defeating Triad 28-0 on Tuesday.

Brandel Sullivan ignited the scoring with an impressive 74-yard punt return for a touchdown. He continued to shine by catching two touchdown passes from Grant Krabill, one for 25 yards and the other for 15 yards. Foster King also contributed to the scoreboard with a 7-yard touchdown run. Both Sullivan and Caden Hodge rounded out the scoring with successful 2-point conversion runs.

Defensively, Lucas Cook led the Tigers with a sack and four tackles for loss, while Grant Krabill added two sacks. Josh Collins and Josh Hayes also contributed with a combined sack, showcasing a strong defensive effort throughout the game.

The Tigers finished the season on a positive note, winning their last two games with back-to-back shutouts. With an overall record of 4-4, the team can take pride in their strong finish to the season.
