The April 8th, 2024 Solar Eclipse didn’t disappoint anyone in the path of totality.
Thousands of people came to our community to see the once-in-a-lifetime phenomenon.
The last time Ohio saw a partial eclipse was in 2017 and the last time it saw a total eclipse was in 1806.
A total eclipse will move through the state again in the fall of 2099.
When totality began just before 3:10 PM cheers could be heard around the county.
Traffic leaving the area was congested for several hours, presenting challenges to law enforcement.
