(COLUMBUS, Ohio) – Governor Mike DeWine released the 2024 State of Ohio Travel Guide produced by TourismOhio, inviting visitors and residents to explore must-see attractions and offering inspiration for dining and overnight stays, in addition to Ohio trip-planning resources. Travelers can view the guide online or receive a free copy mailed to them directly.

“It’s wonderful to see all of Ohio’s unique and exciting destinations and also learn about some creative and truly innovative Ohioans showing the spirit of our great state,” said Governor Mike DeWine. “Fran and I hope the guide encourages people to come to experience the heart of it all for themselves – because we know when they visit Ohio, they’ll fall in love with it.”

This year’s guide is organized by Ohio’s five regions and highlights the exciting destinations, local businesses, and Ohio-made products that make each part of the state unique.

The Travel Guide also features can’t-miss attractions, local places to eat, and travel inspiration for outdoor adventure. Whether giving travelers a bird’s-eye view of Ohio’s breathtaking natural wonders from wooded hikes to sandy shores, exploring the capital city like a local, or feast-worthy looks at Ohio’s culinary scene, there’s something for everyone in the family in Ohio, the Heart of it All.

The cover for the 2024 edition features the Smale Riverfront Park near the John A. Roebling Suspension Bridge in Cincinnati. Previous covers include the Ohio River Sternwheel Festival in Marietta, Hocking Hills State Park Lodge in Logan, the Open Air Art Museum in Millersburg, Cedar Point in Sandusky, Observatory Park in Montville, and The Mohicans Cabins and Treehouses in Glenmont.

A digital version of the guide is available online, and free print copies can be requested through Ohio.org. Print copies of the travel guide will also be available throughout Ohio at select state agencies, county and convention visitors bureaus, airports, libraries, state park lodges, Ohio Turnpike service plazas, rest areas, and welcome centers.
