A Kenton man was cited following a crash Friday afternoon on State Route 292 near County Road 2.
According to the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the crash shortly after 4:30 p.m.
Investigators say a 2010 Ford Fusion driven by 19-year-old Colten Smith of Kenton was traveling southbound on State Route 292 when he attempted to pass a 2023 Dodge Ram van driven by 38-year-old Brandon Cooper of North Lewisburg.
Deputies report Smith crossed a double yellow line while passing and sideswiped the van.
No injuries were reported in the crash.
Smith was issued a citation for passing in a hazardous zone.
