Bellefontaine Police arrested John Keller, 60, of Bellefontaine for disorderly conduct on Thursday evening.
It was reported by witnesses that Keller was dazed and “out of it” in the area of North Hayes Street and East Brown Avenue.
They went on to describe that he had fallen, appeared to be intoxicated, and said that his pants were down.
As officers spoke with Keller, he explained that he was homeless and admitted he had consumed alcohol earlier in the day.
Keller had slurred speech and showed several signs of intoxication.
He was placed under arrest and transported to the Logan County Jail.
Keller was charged with disorderly conduct/public intoxication twice in 1998, 1999, 2000, 2022, and 2024.
