Graduation season continues Friday night across Logan County as seniors at both Benjamin Logan High School and Indian Lake High School prepare to receive their diplomas.

The Benjamin Logan High School Class of 2026 will hold commencement ceremonies on Friday at 7 p.m. inside the high school gymnasium.

School officials say seniors should arrive by 5:15 p.m., while doors for family and guests will open at 6 p.m.

Members of the graduating class will also hear remarks from co-valedictorians Winifred Bodin, Rylan Norviel, and Greyson Wagoner during the ceremony.

Meanwhile, the Indian Lake High School Class of 2026 will also celebrate graduation Friday evening at Laker Stadium.

The ceremony is scheduled for 7 p.m., with stadium gates opening at 5:30 p.m.

Officials say there is no limit on the number of guests who may attend.

In the event of severe weather, ceremonies will move indoors to the main gym at Indian Lake High School.

This year’s featured commencement speaker will be Chad Ross, CEO of Mary Rutan Health, a longtime Indian Lake School Board member, parent of a graduating senior, and a 1989 Indian Lake graduate.

Additional graduation activities include Baccalaureate services at 6 p.m. in the auditorium.

Graduates are asked to report to the auxiliary gym by 6:45 p.m.

Both districts say they look forward to celebrating the accomplishments of the Class of 2026 with family and friends.
