The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office responded to a semi crash Wednesday afternoon on State Route 47 near the Logan County line.
The crash happened in the 21,000 block of State Route 47 when a 2024 Kenworth failed to negotiate a curve, went off the roadway, overturned, and lost its load.
The driver, 39-year-old Kingsley Ogwor of Richmond, Indiana, was not injured.
He was cited for failure to control.
Topps Towing cleaned up the scene and removed the semi, trailer, and spilled load.
