Jeremy Honaker, of Kenton, was seriously injured Tuesday after being struck by a semi tractor-trailer on State Route 31 south of Kenton.
The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office says the crash happened in the 16,000 block of State Route 31.
Honaker was riding an electric bicycle northbound between the fog line and the ditch when he was hit by an unknown northbound semi.
He suffered several incapacitating injuries and was flown by Life Flight to St. Vincent Hospital in Toledo.
The sheriff’s office was assisted at the scene by BKP EMS, Kenton Fire Department, Southeast Hardin Northwest Union Fire, and Life Flight.
The crash remains under investigation.
