The Champaign County Grand Jury handed down indictments for multiple individuals during its August session.

Stacy Lynn Gordin
- Possession of cocaine, a felony of the fifth degree
Malcomb Josiah Robinson
- Aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree (2 counts)
Stephanie Marie Nichols
- Trafficking in cocaine, a felony of the fifth degree (4 counts)
Kenneth Lee Garvey Jr.
- Public indecency, a misdemeanor of the first degree
- Public indecency, a felony of the fifth degree (3 counts)
Jonathan Walter Deacon
- Criminal damaging or endangering, a misdemeanor of the second degree
- Vandalism, a felony of the fifth degree (2 counts)
