Congressman Jim Jordan’s office held Mobile Office Hours yesterday at Richwood Bank in Bellefontaine, providing an opportunity for constituents to meet one-on-one with staff members.

Approximately 30 people attended, with many expressing concerns about the proposed Grange Solar Project that could impact the Indian Lake region.

Kirby Brandenburg, a representative from Jordan’s office, met with attendees to discuss their thoughts on current legislation and offer assistance with issues related to federal agencies.

Russell Dye, a spokesman for Chairman Jordan, commented on the importance of such events, stating, “Constituent Services is one of the most valuable functions of a Congressional office. That’s why we invite constituents to participate in our Mobile Office Hours. Our staff is available to hear your thoughts on current legislation and help with any problem you may face with a federal agency.”

Mobile Office Hours are designed to make it easier for residents to engage with the Congressional office and address concerns without needing to travel to Washington, D.C.
