Wednesday evening officers from the Washington Township Police Department were on patrol and conducted a traffic stop on Erin Dougherty, 30 of Russells Point for a window tint violation.
Upon making contact with Erin, she admitted to having marijuana on her person and inside of her vehicle.
A probable cause search was conducted.
During the search, officers located marijuana and methamphetamine inside Dougherty’s purse.
Dougherty was taken into custody and lodged in the Logan County Jail where she was charged with possession of methamphetamine.
Dougherty was recently arrested for possession of bulk methamphetamine in September.
