Logan County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash on Lima Street in Huntsville, Tuesday just before 5 PM.
Mykaleigh Grace, 19, of London failed to stop for traffic and rear-ended a vehicle driven by Jeremy Washburn, 23, of Liberty Township.
Grace was transported by the Huntsville EMS to Mary Rutan Hospital where she was treated for serious injuries.
Washburn’s vehicle sustained light damage, while Grace’s vehicle had heavy damage.
Grace was cited for Assured Clear Distance Ahead.
