Monday, shortly after 4:30 PM, a two-vehicle crash on County Road 32 resulted in a citation, according to the Logan County Sheriff’s Office.
A 2005 GMC pickup driven by 35-year-old Jennie Baker of Dayton was traveling south on County Road 32 with its hazard lights on and moving at a slow speed.
A 1990 Chevrolet 3500 driven by 61-year-old Frank Jacobs of Bellefontaine accelerated to pass the GMC as Baker began making a left turn.
The vehicles then collided.
Baker was cited for failure to signal.
No injuries were reported.
Both vehicles sustained minor damage and were able to leave the scene without being towed.
