A 38-year-old Vandalia man was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence Saturday.

The crash happened around 1:50 a.m. in a gravel lot at the resort on State Route 235.

Jeremy Vincent was driving and owned the golf cart when it overturned onto its right side.

Two of the three passengers were injured.

David Rowe, 66, of Brookville, and Anthony Kilroy, 56, of Farmersville, were both taken to Lima Memorial Hospital by Indian Lake EMS.

Both were reported to have suspected minor injuries.

The Lakeview Fire Department also responded to the scene.

During the investigation, Vincent told law enforcement he had been drinking alcoholic beverages and had his last drink about an hour before the crash.

Deputies said Vincent showed several signs of intoxication and failed field sobriety tests.

Vincent was arrested for OVI and taken to the Logan County Jail, where he declined to provide a breath sample.

He was then released to a sober driver.
