The Champaign County Grand Jury handed down indictments for multiple individuals during its recent session.
The following is a list of those indicted, along with their charges:
Jordan D. Ferrell
- Felonious assault, a felony of the second degree (4 counts)
- Failure to stop after an accident, a misdemeanor of the first degree
- Tampering with evidence, a felony of the third degree
- Forfeiture of property specification attached to multiple counts
Justin L. Beabout
- Felonious assault, a felony of the second degree
- Obstructing official business, a felony of the fifth degree
Deborah K. Seely
- Forgery, a felony of the fourth degree
- Theft from a person in a protected class, a felony of the fourth degree
- Receiving stolen property, a felony of the fifth degree
Steven P. Rafferty
- Escape, a felony of the fourth degree
Ashton L. Lucas-Taylor
- Carrying concealed weapons, a felony of the fourth degree
- Illegal possession or control of a deadly weapon or dangerous ordnance in a courthouse, a felony of the fifth degree
Amber N. Parks
- Operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse, or a combination of them (OVI), a misdemeanor
- Possession of cocaine, a felony of the fifth degree (2 counts)
