Ohio Hi-Point Career Center held its annual Job Interview Contest in December and January.
Students drafted a professional resume and interviews were held with local business experts.
Every student at the career center got the opportunity to participate in the first round of interviews.
Students who scored high enough in the first round then moved on to the second round of interviews.
This year, three Seniors hit the leaderboard.
Winning the competition was Allison Harlan, a Graphic and Media Arts Student.
Second place was Aly Swinehart, a Cosmetology Student.
Third place was Keianna Notestine, an Esthetics Student.
Allison Harlan will move on to the SkillsUSA Regional Competition on February 23rd.
SkillsUSA is an organization for career technical education students to compete in the training programs that they study.
Harlan went to Nationals with the SkillsUSA Job Interview Competition taking 10th place in 2023.
