Robert Harrington, 25, of Rushsylvania, was arrested on Sunday after he admitted to pointing a loaded handgun at a woman during a confrontation at a gas station.
Logan County Sheriff’s deputies were called to the One Stop Gas Station around 7:30 PM after a woman reported that Harrington had threatened her with a gun.
She stated that she and her husband had ongoing issues with Harrington and his mother, Jana Walker, who confronted her in the parking lot.
When deputies found Harrington and Walker at their home, Harrington claimed he acted in self-defense.
He acknowledged that the handgun was loaded at the time.
Authorities recovered a black Taurus .39 caliber revolver and charged Harrington with aggravated menacing.
