A Huntsville man has been indicted by a Union County grand jury on multiple drug, firearm, and evidence-related charges.
Thirty-year-old Brian Whittaker faces six charges, including aggravated possession of drugs, two counts of improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle, two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence, and tampering with evidence.
The indictment stems from an incident reported March 18.
The firearm charges include a forfeiture specification involving a Smith and Wesson SD9 handgun.
Whittaker is facing both felony and misdemeanor charges.
