Thursday afternoon Bellefontaine Police Officers responded to a call that there was a possible intoxicated pedestrian in the area of Wright Street.
The caller stated that they witnessed her faceplant twice, was almost hit by two vehicles, and they were currently following her in their vehicle.
When officers arrived on the scene they identified the pedestrian as Ashlynn Wright, 36 of Bellefontaine.
Wright showed several signs of intoxication.
She denied to officers that she was on any drugs or that she drank any alcohol.
Wright was placed under arrest and transported to the Logan County Jail for her safety and charged with Public Intoxication.
