Bellefontaine Police arrested Hannah Davidson, 22 of Marysville, on multiple charges Sunday morning.
Officers pulled over Davidson on North Main Street because she struck the curb multiple times and nearly hit a utility pole twice. She also committed several traffic violations.
Davidson told police she didn’t know she drove on the curb.
In checking her license, officers discovered she only possessed a learner’s permit and she was only allowed to drive during the daytime.
Davidson said she did not know about the restrictions.
Police noticed her eyes were bloodshot and glossy.
Both Davidson and her passenger admitted to drinking.
After a field sobriety test, she was placed under arrest for OVI and taken to the Bellefontaine Police Department.
She then gave a breath test which resulted in a .082.
During a search of her car, police found marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia.
She was charged with 2 counts of OVI, violation of restrictions, marked lanes, traffic control devices, driving upon curbs, failure to control, and possession of marijuana.
